It's been slightly over a week since I moved in and everything is so awesome here. There's a ton of amenities like the pool and gym which are super cool, and the maintenance is super responsive. The neighborhood is really safe and I even feel safe at night outside.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are resident-oriented - helpful, courteous, professional, and warm. I was one of the many who lost their home in the fires. They treated me like family.

Everyone is super friendly and wants to help but I do have to follow up a few times to get things done. There's also a ton of different apps and I wish there was one centralized app.

Great place to live. Mostly quiet except during construction. The staff is nice. Maintenance is fast and friendly. They should fix Foosball in Building C lobby. Real ping pong table. Elevators fail a lot.

The location is the highlight of Millennium Santa Monica. Plenty of hidden gems to discover in the city. Very bikeable and car alternative centric. Great views, amenities, smart features and occasional community events to stir interest in meeting neighbors.

It’s a good building with good staff and nice community. Events about once a month but most people don’t go to them. Still a nice thing. Maintenance staff is great and always comes very quickly and fixes things well.

The rental staff and maintenance people have been extraordinarily friendly, competent, and helpful. I was one of the many people who lost their home in the fires. I had no possessions when I came here, on the recommendation of a friend. I was taken in like I was family. Who could ask for anything more? So grateful!

Jayden is a very attentive, kind, and approachable Manager. He is one of the reasons I love it here! Cass & Jack are helpful and kind too. I like how there are free community events on holidays!

The staff are all super nice, friendly, and animating. Great amenities. Cant beat the location: close enough to the fun of Santa Monica but far enough away from the chaos.

To be honest there is room for improvement. People should start being penalized for leaving the trash on the floor inside the garbage room. Building C needs paint and something needs to be done about the floors. Elevators keep breaking down.

It's very chill living here. It's mostly quiet. People are nice. People take care of their dogs. The Leasing Staff is great. Not sure They really get into the spirit of the holidays and make it fun for people. Not sure how the classifieds work as I don't see any way to contact the seller. Other than that, I'm pretty happy here.

Nice location, stellar maintenance staff, decent amenities, engaging community events, great views. There’s something for just about everyone to enjoy. Also the smart home apartment features to jumpstart automated living are a nice touch. But in the spirit of transparency, the trash situation is a major criticism. Valet trash is a convenient amenity but trash and trash can being in the halls all hours of the day is rapidly becoming an eyesore and inhibiting the living experience here.

I had a thorough tour of the building. While the unit wasn't available to view, I was able to view another vacant unit, and see all the amenities.

Jayden is the best manager. All the residents I have met are super friendly. The valet trash service is surprising to me. Ronny from Maintenance is quick, efficient, friendly.

I love living in this community. It’s clean and peaceful. Our leasing agent, Lola is so kind and lovely. Jayden, our manager is also very nice and helpful. The maintenance team is prompt to fix any issues.

Even weathering the fires, smoke, angst and downright fear - we have managed to support, share and make our way through; as a community.
